Contact PassGenFast

Found a bug, a weakness or a claim that no longer holds? This page explains the reporting options currently available.

No monitored inbox yet

PassGenFast does not currently operate a public email address or contact form. This page does not submit a message, and there is no hidden inbox behind it. We would rather state that clearly than publish a placeholder or an address nobody monitors. If a monitored channel becomes available, its exact address will be listed on this page.

If you think you have found a security problem

There is not currently a private reporting channel, so we cannot promise to receive or acknowledge a report. Do not send secrets to guessed addresses or publish passwords, account details or exploit steps in public. If the issue creates an immediate risk for an account on another service, contact that service through its own security or support channel.

What to keep for a future bug report

  • Which page and which mode, password or passphrase.
  • The settings you had chosen.
  • What happened, and what you expected instead.
  • Your browser and operating system.

Never send us a password you actually use. We do not need one to reproduce anything, and a real password should not be sitting in anyone’s inbox.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover a password you lost, tell you whether an account of yours has been broken into, or advise you on your organisation’s security. We do not store anything, so there is nothing to look up. For a lost password, use the recovery process of the service itself; for a possible breach, check with the service and change the password. The privacy notice explains why we hold nothing.
